1. General Shipping Information
We ship our products within the EU. Shipping is carried out via GLS, and the processing time is usually 1-2 business days.

Standard shipping within Germany: €7 – Delivery time approx. 1-2 business days
Shipping within the EU: €7 – Delivery time approx. 2-8 business days
3. Delivery Times
Delivery times vary depending on the shipping option and destination.
Standard shipping: approx. 1-8 business days
Please note that there are no deliveries on Sundays and public holidays. Delays caused by external factors (e.g., customs clearance) are beyond our control.
4. Shipping Restrictions
We currently do not deliver to the following countries/regions: Islands.
5. Shipment Tracking
After your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email, which allows you to track the status of your order at any time.
6. Damaged or Lost Orders
If your package arrives damaged or gets lost during transit, please contact us immediately at E-Mail to_info@installoo.de.
Damaged items: Please send us photos of the damaged products as well as the packaging so we can find a solution.
Lost packages: If your order has not arrived within 5 days, please contact us. We will check the status with the shipping provider and arrange a replacement delivery or refund if necessary.
7. Returns & Complaints
The return shipping costs are covered by the customer.
Items must be returned unused and in their original packaging.
