After adjusting the adjustable heel to your shoe size and the height of the calf strap to your leg length, you can try out the stilts. To securely fasten the stilts, which can support a load of up to 105 kg, sit on a surface about 70 cm high, such as a table, and place the stilts in front of you with the leg restraints facing outwards. First, fasten the calf strap to prevent the stilt from bending. Then, tighten the two foot straps and finally, tuck the excess straps into the safety loops.
